Five stars for potential, which this place certainly has. This is a bar/lounge/coffee shop hybrid. They took the space that was Trouble Bar and added some bookshelves. You can now read a book while you have your cocktail, wine, coffee, or other beverage. You can donate books here and get a free book for every 10 you donate. They donate a dollar from every book sold to the Louisville Public Library. I hope they turn the music down in the future because I feel like it is a bit too noisy to be a quiet reading place, and I hope the book selection grows and includes more non-fiction stuff. You can also buy coffee grounds and books and little accessories here, too. It all feels very instagram-able. We will see if the concept has staying power and if they keep up a healthy book selection and atmosphere. The staff was nice. I think adding seating back to the bar would help, too. They also still have the "Shot and Beer for $5" deal that Trouble Bar had when they were here for what it's worth.

A great place to get a coffee and relax with a good book, or just chill out. The space is great, and it’s very comfortable and homey. There are lots of drinks other than coffee, but I got the 12 oz drip and it was really good. The service was fast and friendly too. Go support this place and give it some love.

Stopped into Nook & Nowhere while in Louisville for a work trip. We were doing a little bookstore hopping and this spot was such a good find. We weren’t in the mood for coffee or alcohol, so they made us amazing mocktails instead, which was such a nice touch. Super cozy vibe, great books, and really friendly people. Definitely worth a stop!

Adorable little nook among the quietest , cutest neighborhood. Stumbled upon this gem by accident but by far a new favorite. Beautiful brick details , cutesy, mcm vintage vibe with that magical otherworldly feeling book lovers hunt for. The girls who work here were complete sweethearts and very insightful on which beverages were popular and balanced in flavors. I chose a blueberry almond latte and it did not disappoint! Delicious and magical in every way. So lucky to have found this spot ! Would come here again and tell everyone I meet about it !

Really great service. We were out celebrating my birthday. They were very accommodating with suggestions and descriptions of the coffee and the alcoholic drinks. I think this is the second time we've been there, definitely will be back. I found some fantasy books to look at. The atmosphere was comfortable with some nice chairs. I just wish we lived a little closer to visit more.

Loved the vibe and drinks here! We had a Nutella latte, classic cocoa, and a caramel apple warmer. Our kids had fun playing chess while we walked around checking out their book selection. Will definitely drop by next time we’re in town.

Such a cute local spot! Inside and outside seating. Lots of fun espresso drinks and alcoholic options. Great place for studying, reading or meeting a group! Support local!!

This little coffee shop is a beautiful small business. The decorations are classy & tasteful, the music is sweet and happy. The coffee selection is vast & creative. The book selection is also awesome, inspiring me to read more. Love this place!

Our barista David was absolutely remarkable and insanely knowledgeable. My honey ordered the lavender latte and it was really good but the best drink of our stop was definitely my shaken espresso. David recommended their golden turmeric and honey syrup and it truly was the best espresso drink I've had in a long time. Beautiful shop and incredible vibes.
